WHAT SHOULD WE EXPECT FROM ON POINT MOBILE BARTENDING?
We conduct a consultation to discuss the details and the vision you have for your event.

We dive into more detail about the event and work with you every step of the way to make it as easy, simple and stress free as possible for you!
We arrive plenty early for setup, provide an amazing and personable experience for your guests, clean up like we were never there and reminisce about the amazing night!
DO YOU PROVIDE THE ALCOHOL?
The simple answer is no. Due to restrictions and liability, we are not able to provide liquor. We will, however, work with you to determine a grocery list that you can take with you to purchase the alcohol and remove as much guess work as possible on your end!
HOW MUCH ALCOHOL SHOULD I BUY?
This is one of the most commonly asked questions and there is no perfect answer! Each event is different as well as the liquor/wine/beer choice of each guest is different. You can also use this handy ALCOHOL CALCULATOR to give you an idea of how much to buy too. Below are a few considerations to help you decide:
A standard 750 mL bottle of liquor will yield about 12-16 cocktails.
A 1.75 liter of alcohol will yield about 29-39 cocktails.
The most common liquors are vodka, whiskey and tequila.
WHAT IF SOMEONE GETS TOO INTOXICATED?
While our goal is to provide an enjoyable experience for all parties, we also take safety and liability very seriously. We actively monitor guest intoxication and reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who, in our professional judgement, appears to have had too much to drink or seems otherwise impaired.
ARE YOU LICENSED AND INSURED?
Yes, On Point Mobile Bartending is a licensed and insured business!
A FEW TIPS WHEN PLANNING YOUR EVENT
With our experience we have learned a few things that we would like to share with you:
You cannot please every single guest attending the event. Do not stress out about your alcohol selection.
If purchasing water bottles, purchase the mini bottles. The big ones go to waste.
If planning a wedding, arrange for bar services to begin directly after the ceremony, especially if the couple will be taking photos. Nothing worse than eager guests and no bar.
